"Feelings come and go like
clouds in the air. Deep breathing is my anchor"
Stress is not
something that happens to us, it's how we respond to what happens...
In learning to stay committed to the breath, our God given life force,
we have a better chance to choose our response to stressors of all
kinds.
Deep breathing and exercise help move stressed, stagnant and depressed
energy.
When you feel stuck, get up and move, breathe and emote, and you'll
shift your state.
The Air element represents movement, life force, oxygen and exercise, essential to charge up our cells vitality. Regular/daily exercise, keeps our whole being energized, the mind and our emotions more balanced.
Exercise is the appetizer part of the health menu. A treat for your system to wake up and get the juices flowing. Practices that will help you stay fit, balanced, more aware and empowered to make right choices in your life.
We need/breathe in oxygen from plants to balance our bodies. Then we exhale carbon dioxide, which is what feeds the plants. Together we dance and grow under the full spectrum lights of our Sun. When we breathe we also breathe in particles of lights. The deeper we breathe, the lighter, brighter and vital we become...
Yoga is great for the
body, mind and Spirit

Breathing Meditation
Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment.
I know this is a wonderful moment.
Breathing in,
there is only the present moment.
Breathing out,
it is a wonderful moment.
