The yogic path to inner peace includes; positive thinking and meditation, proper breathing, exercise, relaxation, a healthy diet and healthy relations with all that is.
NInaya's Yoga practice is a flow of various styles of hatha (posture) yoga, breathing and movement exercises. Guided by her doing and clear instructions, it's for all levels to enjoy.
