Join our 3 weeks Spring Cleanse Group to raise all over wellness vibration ~ April 4th-25th 2025
There's so much in the world we can't control, but with mindfulness we can control how we eat and how we act, which will effect how we function, think, feel and look. Seasonal cleansing offers an opportunity to align with what serves, not sabotages our wellness. Joining a cleanse group for extra support, inspiration and connection, makes being healthy more FUN and easy...
We'll meet up on Zoom three Fridays 4:00-5:30pm PST - Starting Friday the 4th to set our intentions, go over the 3 week protocol plan, recipes and remedies that support our revitalizing process. Pair with an accountability partner, plan for local in person meet-ups (in Santa Barbara, CA) and have time for Q&A's.
The first week we'll enjoy delicious and nutritious vegan, whole foods as a pre-cleanse process. Friday 4/11 we'll meet up again on Zoom, to prepare for our Liquid Diet detox phase. Friday 4/18 will be about transitioning back to healthy food and vital living.
During the 3-weeks, we'll stay connected via email, private Facebook group, SB meet-ups and any additional individually scheduled private sessions (online consultations or in-person healing sessions with Ninaya).
Cost: $108 ~ Includes 3 Zoom meetings, recipes & protocol docs, FB support group (which will house Zoom meeting replays), and all in the moment, in-person group activities (yoga beach walks, ocean dips, farmers' market, juice parties, and potlucks). Facilitated by Anastasia Kurilich, leading Breathwork and Family Constellation Process, along with Ninaya, sharing daily Kriya Yoga Wellness Sessions, and making her delicious healthy food. ~ This magical island retreat is limited to 10 people. Allowing for a profoundly deep experience together, with plenty of time for individual and group work, integration and exploring the Big Island.
Our location overlooks Kealakekua Bay, frequented by spinner dolphins, humpback whales, exquisite snorkeling, majestic sunsets and native island beauty.
